It’s interesting because most of my family and childhood friends back east live in homes that make this look relatively modest. Given the choice I’d still rather have my 3,000 sq ft stucco box on a 10,000 sq ft lot less than 5 minutes from the beach in San Diego.

Our home in RSF is not quite that large, but the same acreage–you’ll have to join us at “The Ranch” when you retire–best of all worlds.
Our daughter is marrying a former “Navydoc (Cardiologist, now in private practice, and we think the world of him.)
Great guys–those “Navydocs.”
