Participantit can intercept up to 10 ICBMs on early stages, before they split into warheads (could be 200 warheads in 10 missiles).
Any US domestic anti-missile defense has to deal with individual warheads.This is an interesting observation. The problem, as I said, is that Russian ICBMs don’t fly over or even near Poland. In order to be effective, interceptors ought to be put in Norway and Greenland.
