You know I think they make these announcements just to taunt people. I honestly think that most people listen to this kind of hype in the same way they would the late Bill Mays. A mixture of admiration for sheer audacity, and utter boredom with prehistoric marketing.
In all fairness the first sentence is that now MAY be the best time. It’s still rhetoric but there is a difference. They also provided data of record high affordability levels. I’m not defending them because they have been saying this forever but this time they MAY actually be right
