Not so easy, for you can’t make a police report because it is a civil matter so you need to hire a lawyer, but you have been financially rape so you need to come up with the cash to fight the case but the criminal knows the loop holes of the law to stay one step a head of you and drain last cent out of you by delaying everything before he runs, because he is still stealing money.
Same goes for the all the other monies that were stolen through Identity theft it is not as easy as MC/VISA make it sound on TV, you have to prove it only way you can prove it is through court because you can’t make a police report.
It sucks thumb print well sure first you got to get the cops involve and the FBI involve but the Notary was as crooked as the rest of them so what thumb print.
So until law enforcement gets involved these crimes will continue to go one in our community. If you are pissed off with this call your local DA and demand justice.
June 22, 2007 at 10:15 PM #61554AnonymousGuestWow, and your one of our cops…No wonder a police report hasn’t been taken….Turn the other cheek your absolutely right I am turning my a** cheeks to them and giving the a full moon (mybe you will come running because now I have committed a crime), when this is all over they will remember me and wished they had never swindled me or my community..Not all are christian, not all were greedy, most were looking to just do a simple investment transaction weather, real estate, commodities, stocks or bonds what ever was offered. Some started out with 1000 to 5000 to invest and were swindled out of hundreds of thousands without their knowledge until the bill collectors started calling or the investment payments stop or they found out there idenity was stolen. You want me to just turn the other cheek so they can go on and continue to swindle, we know the PD is doing nothing about, it fell on deaf ears with the 3 local police departments to them it is just a civil matter…So somebody is got to stop the thieves from embezzling millions and putting hundreds in debt. Not enough excitement for the PD to get involved, no high speed chase to be shown on TV, or somebody to beat up, or are you on James Duncan’s payroll too. I used to have the most up respect for the law enforcement but the attitude you have displayed is sicking to hear. Not asking for sympathy just asking for justice, yes I do take responsiblity for part in this entire mess but what does the 8k I pay in taxes year pay for I know its not the water, I know its not the trash collection, I know its not the schools, I know its not the the bus my kids take to go to school in, I know its not the roads, I know its not the street cleaning, and I now know its not the PD so what do these taxes pay for????…. The attitude you display is dishearting and you need to get involved in another line of buisness. Because this line buisness it just not for you. When I am just a nuicance to you. If these guys had gone and robbed a bank I would be watching you on the 6 oclock news in a high speed chase shooting at them, but since they embezzled millions from the elder, middle class, church member, military, and the average job it is ok. Well we will see about that, since the police won’t get off their lazy a** I sure will do their job. I thought I would never say that about law enforcement, you really have changed my mind and attitude concernining my local police department, I sure hope you find another line of buisness and good luck no hard feelings.

June 22, 2007 at 10:38 PM #61558AnonymousGuestYou obviously don’t know what your military does for this world, I have feed more people in this world than I have killed, I have painted more schools in this world than I have burned, I have provided more medical care to this world than I have drawn blood, I have provided more smiles to children in orphanages than I have made cried, I have provided books to the illiterate so they could become literate, I have provided comfort and warmth to millions in devastated regions of the world that have sub come to mother nature. I have given more blood, sweat, and tears and risked my own life to help the unfortunate. So the next time you want to say your military does not help out the misfortune you are wrong! You are dead wrong!!! All that money you give to charity who do you think distribute half that aide in this world. Educate yourself you ignorant liberal atheists. Now how does it feel to judge, you need to respect others before others will respect you. Support the troops

June 22, 2007 at 10:49 PM #61560AnonymousGuestWe believe this is the largest of its kind have run across a few that were in the hundreds of million but not in the billions we have estimated it to be at 1.2 billion but have found documents that suggest them may be a lot higher than this. Hundreds if not thousands have been swindled. If this disturbs you contact your local DA and force their hand into shutting down these grifters. Worst part is some legitamite companies have been also caught up in this scam. So you don’t know who to trust.

June 22, 2007 at 11:08 PM #61568AnonymousGuestOh I am not worthy I am presence of Entilligents…
FRAUD
fraud is a deception made for personal gain. The specific legal definition varies by legal jurisdiction. Fraud is a crime, and is also a civil law violation. Many hoaxes are fraudulent, although those not made for personal gain are not technically frauds. Defrauding people of money is presumably the most common type of fraud, but there have also been many fraudulent “discoveries” in art, archaeology, and science. In criminal law, fraud is the crime or offense of deliberately deceiving another in order to damage them – usually, to obtain property or services unjustly. [1] Fraud can be accomplished through the aid of forged objects. In the criminal law of common law jurisdictions it may be called “theft by deception,” “larceny by trick,” “larceny by fraud and deception” or something similar.
Now that we defined that these Grifters did not come out say hay dumby give me your money… They protray themselves as a legitmate companies that had a legitimate histories with legitimate creditials, so no matter how “Entilligent” as you may think you are you could as easily been swindle if you were in our shoes. Unless you just don’t go out of your house.
How many people got swindle in the Jiffy lube?? Hundreds if not thousands stupid people they must be “uneducated” in your words I did not get swindle, it must of been there fault in trusting that well estabish buisness with that well establish history, and those creditials on the wall must of all been frauduant with the Governors signature on them. FRAUD is DECEPTION…
This company was allowed to operate with a license for several years and is still operating to this day with a license the governement is just legitimizing their existance by allowing them to continue to operate how many more people need to be swindle before they lose their license and are put behind bars.So what is the difference if you were to walk into any buisness, you pick it and pay for a service and that service is not render instead they just took your money and left you high and dry… That is what has happen to many of the clients there were involved in Pacific Wealth the investment portion of Stonewood. They invested and never recieved their money. That to me is theft…

June 23, 2007 at 12:02 AM #61572temeculaguyParticipantI’m having trouble following this thread, is there more than one person using coreclient’s screen name? One version tells of being taken for only 30k, but other posts on the same screen name it sounded like a couple of houses being foreclosed on. If it is the same person and you only lost 30k, you would have lost more than that if you had bought an investment property when you did and there was no fraud. Almost every person that bought a rental house between 2005 and 2006 in the Temecula Valley has lost a 100k, where there was no fraud, just because buying rental properties or houses as an investment at the peak turned out to be a bad move. That’s a lot of venom for 30k, many of us have lost that much at some point, myself included. Hell that’s less than the realtors fees on a median home. I thought it was 300 to 500k, something requiring bankruptcy to recover. Consider yourself lucky, learn from your mistakes, never invest in anything other than mutual funds or bonds unless you sepnd at least a year reading and learning about that particular investment and you will be fine financially in a few years. Life has a lot more calamities that will cost you more than 30k, a lot more. You can recover from a 30k loss with a few basic steps, live beneath your means for a year or two (house, cars, vacations, starbucks, etc.) and write off the loss in your taxes (uncle sam may subsidize 30% of your misfortune). I have been through life’s ups and downs financially and to be quite honest, lean years can be fun, some of my best times were lean times. I’ve driven a Mercedes with a giant payment and a 7 year old car that was paid off, in retrospect I had more pride and satisfaction in my paid off car, it’s all how you look at it.
