With the water shortage you will need to avoid plants that require a lot of water and get some creative landscaping to make it look good.

This is a little off topic but I was wondering if you have sitemap/collateral materials for Tiburon from 2005/2006 that showed different phase development? Specifically, the houses that are Phase 1 (on Almond Orchard Lane)…were they originally planned to be Phase 3 or later? I think you commented on something like that in another thread but I can’t find it. I understand that they have changed their plans re: building Tiburon up to Phase 7 and have redirected to Montoro. However, I heard they changed the original phasing back in 2005/2006 and I was curious as to why (if true). Seems like you have been following this market for some time and might be a good source of info for this. Thanks.
