If business was as easy as putting up a website we would still be shopping at pets.com and webvan. Real estate is a brutally tough and competitive business. 80% of people dont survive the first year and 95% are gone within 5. If you want to build a business expect it to take at least 5 years before you see any real return on what you are doing today. You may get a few transactions here and there but to truly have a sustainable business takes time.
