There’s one development around Sean Taylor Ln. Those are built in the early 90s. The lots are very small ~4k and very narrow and long. So, the houses are narrow and long. They are all 2 stories around 1700-2000 sq-ft.There’s one development around Rock Canyon Dr. Those are built in the mid 80s. The lots are bigger (5k-12k) with some having canyon view. There’s a mixture of 1 and 2 stories around 1300-1800 sq-ft.
There’s one development around Flower Medow Dr. These are similar to the Sean Taylor Ln but were built in the mid 80s.
There’s 1 development right west of Sandburg that were built in the early-mid 70s. The lots are around 5k with some having canyon view. There’s 4 different single story floor plan ranging from 1100 sq-ft to 1600 sq-ft. There’s also 2 two stories floor plan between 2100-2255 sq-ft. I don’t like either of those 2 stories floor plans but that’s just me.
There’s 1 development right east of Sandburg. They were built in the early-mid 70s. There’s a mixture of 1 and 2 stories. They do have 1 story as big as ~1800 sq-ft. The lots are around 5500 sq-ft.
Then there’s the development right north of Sandburg that’s the same as the development around Thomas Hayes. These are built in the late 80s early 90s. Mostly 2 stories as big as 2200 sq-ft and 1 single story floor plan around 1600 sq-ft.
