what about the area east of Carmel Ruiz compare to west side?

There are two 2 stories floor plan (2100 and 2200 sq-ft) also built in the 70s. You have to check them out but the floor plan felt strange to me. There’s a little cul-de-sac in the North East corner of Camino Ruiz and Calle Cristobal that’s the same development as the North West and South West corner of that intersection.
What’s CS? You have to be a little more specific in what kind of housing you’re looking for. There are 4 different development South of CC, North of Sandburg, West of Camino Ruiz, and East of Camino Santa Fe. They have different feel and age.
