Two houses with identical floor paln. Is the $63k difference worth it? Trailbrush Pt property has much larger and nicer back yard and further away from the road.

Actually I bought the Raven Ridge pt house. $63,000 is a huge difference in budget for many people. With 10% down, we can’t afford anything more than $463,000. If I had a choice I would have bought the Trailerbrush house too. That back yard is really nice. Road noise is much less too.

Edit:..I also got $10k cash for closing costs so it helped. Not sure if the person who bought the other property got any cash.
