The Raven Ridge home backs up directly to a major road. A big negative for many buyers (myself included).

With 10% down, we can’t afford anything more than $463,000. If I had a choice I would have bought the Trailerbrush house too. That back yard is really nice. Road noise is much less too.
Edit:..I also got $10k cash for closing costs so it helped. Not sure if the person who bought the other property got any cash.
