Ah Lucera… near and dear to my heart.
Right now there is alot more activity in Lucera then I have seen for awhile. There are 6 actives and 6 pendings. Not bad. I think eventually we could see 200k for a 2/2 in Lucera but not this year. Maybe with a big interest rate hike or alot of unemployment or some of each. Perhaps in 09.

Don’t you think there is? I think San Diego depended a great deal on real estate for employment: realtors/brokers, appraisers, loan brokers/officers, the secretaries that worked in those offices, all associated construction (big) drywallers, electricians, plumbers, flooring, roofers, window/garage/door installers, etc, retail Home Depot/Lowes, trickling down from there to all retail and restaurants as purse strings tighten. And let’s not embark on price of gas.

So, unless you believe that these are done dropping in price, it looks like there should be tremendous overswing to the downside. Ouch!!
