I also use Zip and get the aggressive emails. Whatever you do, dont EVER print out directions to a property. I did that one day and the triggered a major email storm from the agent, who was quite excited.

I finally wrote to the agent and told him that we were at LEAST a year away from even thinking about it and that I was using the site for informational purposes. I told him that he should not consider me even a “lukewarm” prospect and that I would call him when we’re ready to work with him which honestly will be never.

He doesnt seem terribly bright and there are too many very capable agents out there.
