i eat a lot of salt , bags of pretzels, and have very low blood pressure.
here is the recipe for long life.
Food and water, plus a lot of desire to get laid, plus a general lack of anxiety, and a grim determination to keep on going plus some alcohol and the occasional nut, = long life.
hummm… long life.
My favorite auntie is 92 and still lives on her own. Walks up and down stairs to her own bedroom.
Cooks all her food. grows some veggies.
No medicine of any kind. slightly elevated blood pressure only when she goes to doctor’s (it’s fine at home so it’s the anxiety of doctor’s visit) for yearly for flu shot.
She drinks rum and makes her own yogurt. Was ahead of her time; never married but had her share of boyfriends. Traveled the world in her young age. She uses the computer for reading papers and email, but no tablet or smart phone. The university asked her to participate in a longevity study but she doesn’t want to answer all the questionnaires.
Another auntie is 98 years old. Looks early 70s. Leaner and healthier than her own daughters.
The men smoked too much, drank too much, ate too much and are all dead already.
I have a strong determination to live a long time. I would feel ripped-off if I don’t live to at least 90.
I’m thinking that advances in medical technology should give use an extra 20 years when we are old. So make sure you have enough savings!
