Not to worry, even if you manage to get your assessment lowered, they will simply raise your tax rates to compensate. California has a $14 billion shortfall to make up, after all, and they’re not going to get it from selling worthless bonds to the Chinese.

I have helped several people save on their property taxes, the application for reveiw of assessment is required to be filed with the county before May 30th. After that you will have to wait for your tax bill (usually received in July) and then you will have to file an appeal (and wait even longer).
Go to http://www.proptaxrs.com (Property Tax Reassessment Specialists) and hit CONTACT US – they will perform a FREE analysis to see if it is worth your time and effort.
Don’t forget to tell them you were referred over from PIGGINGTON!
