I believe that the investor involvement that SD Realtor is talking about reflect people who are looking at deals in relation to the peak. Those are bulls running who still believe in a V-shaped recovery.
Give it another couple of years and you’ll see prices collapse all around.
When I first joined this forum, people were arguing about the predicted number of foreclosures. Back then, few believed that we’d have millions upon millions of foreclosures before the bottom is reached.
