It all came from the house, they havent owned it more than 20 years, it wasnt deeded to them and there were no drilling rights involved. The house was built for them about 13 years ago and they owned it free and clear.
You arent a little confused, you are alot confused. Stick to life in the South Bay.

For the record, sdr, I am highly familiar with “life” in jurisdictions other than “South Bay, San Diego County, CA” (which incidentally, could be designated as more than 50% “upper-middle-class” or upper-class,”) contrary to YOUR “‘popular’ (but sadly, misinformed) belief.”
Did your recent NCC buyers from the State of TX pay their contractors with cash 13 years ago and thus NEVER obtain a takeout loan (on the construction of their home and any outbuildings) on their “two-acre lot”??

November 24, 2010 at 8:23 AM #633119sdrealtorParticipantI have done plenty of business and have friends in South Bay. I know enough about it thanks. The problem isnt me claiming to be an expert on anything (which I am smart enough to know not to do) its you claiming to be an expert on everything. You write detailed responses with CAPS INSERTED ALL OVER THE PLACE and throuw out your holier than though NONSENSE (see I can do it too). As often as you are correct you are flat out wrong.
You were wrong and continue to be wrong about my client. Yet you keep on digging trying to find some sense of honor for yourself that isnt there. Hang it up.
