I’ve been watching the NCAA tournament (bracket still relatively intact), and have noticed several NAR ads touting the LT investment benefits of home ownership. Couldn’t resist going to their website, where they go on to list leverage as another key benefit of buying a home, and that you can expect a 623% return on your funds in 10 years!!!
