My lease was up last November and I found most UTC apts complex had concessions and deals. I rented a better unit than the one I had been renting with 2 months free rent for a 12 month lease. This effectively puts my rent back to 2004 price. The office manager told me that they were requesting the complex owners to move away from concessions and just lower the base rent. The unit that I Vacated has not been rented yet.
