Part of the blame can be imputed to our feckless legal system. Take a look at our law enforcement personnel. Most of them are out of shape and lack the necessary resources like assault rifles and other lethal devices. Low pay equals substandard performance. I say, “You commit a certain category of crime; you lose your U.S. citizenship.”
