That’s easy. Hey, all the bailout money, funds spent on the war effort, the near zero interest rates, etc., etc., will have to be paid for. And we know what the price is: high inflation. We do know. We lived through that in the 1970s.
Given the high-inflation environment in front of us, owning RE is actually a good move. If you borrow money, you’ll end up paying peanuts in mortgage payments after only a few years. Plunge in.
