Big George still has not paid tax due 12/10/08 nor has he paid his 4/10/09 tax. He has 2 delinquency charges of 226.33 each. I mailed my 4/10 taxes on 4/10 and they show as PAID today so updates occur right away.
Is the law clear on whether or not one must occupy the house or does the law allow one to claim only one property for exemption? If so, then he’s ok. But maybe not if he does not acctually live in it.
