1. What’s with the big deal about the credit? I’ve found multi-unit apartment buildings with the credit. No owner or management on site.
2. Don’t TV personalities receive a clothing styp? Some also get help with the big hair! From the looks of the ’70’s suits and ties, he should be able to pay a bill. Since Coppertone is probably his main hair care product … well enough said.

Anyone who is a homeowner that uses that property as a primary home of residence can claim a 7000 exemption from prop tax assessment. Deduct 7000 from the assessed value, and your prop tax is computed from that. [/quote]
This amounts to a grand total of about $75 in savings per year.

January 6, 2009 at 1:45 PM #325048EugeneParticipantHe also owns a condo in Palm Springs area. He did not claim homeowners exemption for that, and the mailing address for that property in tax records is in Vista. So, it would appear that the homeowners exemption for the townhouse in Vista is legit.
