I can see this happening to Del Sur as well. I think that’s just a natural progression of all new development.
The problem I see with Del Sur is, the street is so small. When that area mature and the kids start to drive, the development with no drive way will be clogged with cars and it’ll be very annoying to get in and out. You can kinda see that happening now in the area of Del Sur that was built a few years back.
