If anyone has not yet signed up for premium access, I highly recommend it. There is no other place I found to get the latest data and analysis on the San Diego market. Those not living in SD – what is happening here, may play out in the same way in your city.
Rich puts a lot of graphs in these reports, and I love the visual of the graph.
It does seem like the trend is definitely worsening for RE.
