Considering the new mortgage fraud crackdown by the FBI, and any other federal and private initiatives, I would be VERY hesitant to try “fudging” documents for an 8K gain…

maybe the sane people are hesitant about fudging the numbers, but that doesnt mean it isnt happening. I think alot of people think they can get away with it, exactly because it is ‘only 8k’.
And it is happening right here in San Diego:

I hope the IRS goes after all of them and the people who made it happen.
