I work every where. Sales by the beach are slow and they always are. Definitely higher priced levels are much slower than the lower priced levels I was referring to.As for it being due to demand being subsidized I dont know whether I agree with that. I am seeing plenty of money for down payments and plenty of incoem to qualify for loan amounts in the lower levels.
