About 1 year ago, I’ve started this “here is a RE bubble sign” that was meant to cheer and make us laugh at funny signs of the RE bubble. Since there are many new piggingtonians that are signed up, I’d figure you could take this up a notch:

10)When regular people start reading more piggington and other RE blogs because the main media, economic analysts, RE researchers could not properly forecast this obvious RE mania trend a year ago….HERE IS A SIGN
