February 13, 2008 at 2:32 PM #153140raptorduckParticipantBoth my realtors have told me that there is a lot of buyer activity in the markets I am looking at in my price range. The sad part, is that the one up here is right, but she does overstate how right she is.

February 13, 2008 at 3:08 PM #153064contramanParticipant2008? Rebound? What are you guys talking about here….we had a “Soft Landing” back in late 2005 and home prices just stabilized……and reverted back to 3% to 5% annual appreciation.
I mean for the Love of God, don’t you dumb people know that EVERYONE wants to live in CA, there is not enough land, if you don’t buy now you’ll miss the opportunity, this is a sunny place, you can write off your mello-roos taxes? RE never goes down…….
What an uneducated bunch here at Piggington…..
Sincerely, Contraman
