The freeway noise of the 56 isn’t bad at all. It’s certainly no 5 or 15. I lived almost exactly that close, just a bit further west and you wouldn’t even notice the noise, even in the backyard. In the summer, from the second story, you could hear cars if the windows were open, but it’s so dead after 9 or so, no big deal.
The bigger concern, though, might be the street it’s on. I notice that it’s fairly long, so it would seem to carry more traffic (even though it is residential). Mostly a concern for those with kids.
