Was going to say Octopussy. I ran a ‘decency check’ on the word but miss-typed it as octapussy – result of TMI in one case. Also came across a guitar ‘fuzz box’ using the same name.
Cool – as I was typing the above, Kansas’s Carry On Wayward Son came across the radio.. ☺

I guess I’m hungry ….
maybe clem.
serious question, how do you keep them away from coyotes? are they indoor only ?
the outdoor ones live in a shed at night and are wily.
we had an indoor cat that would go out for short jaunts who got eaten recently. we loved him. probably wont let this one out.
clementine is the frontrunner.

You should not own any cats. Give it away to a responsible pet owner.
Really.
No risk is acceptable? He lived 7.7 years with occasional jaunts outside for an hour or two, killed some rodents, feasted on gopher guts, smelled the brisk fall air.
Should people also never leave the house if it might extend their life a few years?
Cats hunt.
I think if he could have chosen, he’d have chosen to live as he did. Hell, I would.
Also we found him midattack and incurred a 1200.00 vet bill.
But I suppose reasonable minds can differ on what “responsible” means. To me, the unnatural state we keep our pets in to satisfy ur own neuroses is irresponsible.
