I am into bicycles and on bicycle chat groups, people can go BERSERKO over seemingly small things (the discussion of helmets is absolutely forbidden, but even less touchy subjects can result in challenges to a duel). In real estate, actual money is involved, so of course people are going to foam at the mouth. it is kinda dumb.
