[/quote]I guess it’s just my opinion that once mortgage payments reach a level folks can pay, how much less renting would be would become less relevant, as there are folks would would purchase as long as they could make the payment (irrespective of how good a deal renting might be)…

Participantin terms of getting people (like me) off the fence, this kind of talk from officialdom does make me feel like I should wait for the “upcoming sale”–whether it’s on interest rates, bigger better incentives, or god knows what else….they cannot tell us exactly what it is, but it sure seems like it’s gonna be good. maybe a 20% off coupon?
