    Definitely. Real estate deals always (almost always) get to where they need to go. But you never know how they are going to get there.

    I knew the board would love this post. The transaction will complete with no problem and it will only be one day late. Thought I would throw some meat into the lions cage. heheheh…

    I have noticed a certain arrogance to the Prudential realtors I have met and discussed properties with. I wish you best in luck in closing (I am sure you will) but we in the RE biz all know how hard it can be to get things closed…
