Interesting market update-
As I was visiting the in-laws, as I do every weekend, I noticed an interesting development at the Sunbow Villa condo conversions.
The apartments were vacated last year and have been converted to condos. Sign flippers have been dancing directions to the Sunbow Villas, starting in the mid 200s, for the past year. Today my wife noticed something a little different. As I was admiring the wasted dancing talents of the Sunbow flippers my wife noticed that the signs had been changed to “Now Renting” from the previous “Now Selling.” As we drove closer we noticed that the number “200s” on the big sign was covered with a sign that said “Now Leasing.”
I was shocked although not that shocked as I was there last month and noticed an empty parking lot and I mean empty. There must be over 150 condos, oops I mean apartments in the complex and I only noticed a total of about 10 cars or should I say home owners or is it apartment owners.
I am an avid Piggington reader and a current or should I say patient renter. I was also in Temecula the past couple of weeks and wanted everyone to know that Wolf Creek is offering some very generous incentives.
A few developments are offering homes with upgraded stainless appliances and granite countertops along with a nice little 30k off or to be used toward upgrades or closing cost.
I believe this is a good indicator of a correcting or crashing market and wish the media would take notice and publish for all to read.
