foreclosures way up today

Been told by several of our banks that the CA law last summer backlogged everything for the last few months as well as the holidays. They will be unleashing significant inventory short term, that includes Fannie Mae. These are mostly homes that were already foreclosed upon in Nov and Dec of last year. Just got 2 that were foreclosed on, one late Nov and other early Dec.

Not yet but Fannie and Freddie extended until 1/31.
