No, you’re not fooling yourself. Timing is important and make sure all your ducks are in a row. All we can do is try and hope for the best. I have had numerous disappointments, but I still look. Haven’t made an offer lately b/c I do not care to get into bidding wars w/a spring shopper who is overzealous.
