I have not lived there. I have a friend who lives in the 100 block of Ocean Dr. She actually bought a 70’s house and restored it because so many were being torn down and McMansions replaced them. She is waling distance to the Del and right next to the beach. Her only problem with “Nado” is the traffic and late night partying at Sunset Park. Otherwise, she loves it and she grew up in Coronado. She likes the small town atmosphere and the traditions being kept like the July 4th parade. It is a great place to live if you can afford it there.
