I’ve been working on some business deals that I hope to get some Piggs involved with. I’ll have more details in a few weeks. Based on what I’ve seen on this board so far, I’m sure more than a few Piggs will jump at the opportunities I’ll be offering.

Participanti have heard the insurance from fha is super low now, like .5 % of the loan balance a year? is that right? If so, it seems like a small price to pay for the right to walk away how long would it take to break even on a 20% loan v. fha?
