Fault lines in temecula

Will the recent reports on the potential for large quakes effect your decision’s on buying in the valley?Having been there for the two big ones in the SFV,and lived thru the hurricane on Kauai,I for one am thinking real hard if the potential drama is worth it.Might stay a renter,with $$$ in the bank.Any thoughts?

Hey, oil could hit $114 per barrel today. This has got to be a bigger problem for the commuters of Temecula than anything else.
I’ve lived in Temecula since 1990, been through a few quakes, I dunno, the homes seem to be built well and I’ve never worried about it, I guess anything is possible.

Hey ocean, a little off topic but I’m curious which hurricane you lived through on Kauai. Was it Iwa or Iniki. I lived on Kauai during Iwa,left a year or so before Iniki and have been living in the Temecula Valley since 1988, perhaps our paths have crossed before.
