    Most interesting is Table #9 located on page 2.
    “SERIOUS DELINQUENCY RATES”

    Delinquencies are getting worse every month…
    Is there any end in sight ??

    My guess is the Obama administration will come in and engage in a mad dash of mortgage mods. This will result in all of these delinqencies being ‘erased’, as it were. It’ll be kind of like re-listing on the MLS — it’s mostly a cosmetic fix to make the data look better and basically kicks the can down the road.
