I am an extremely motivated young individual that is seeking guidance and or a partner in the commercial residential real estate world. 

I currently hold a very successful full time position in sales but am willing and wanting to leap in another direction. 

I am looking to invest (by means of a real estate investor and creative funding) in several multi-unit residential buildings (5-100 units) within north county San Diego.

My goal is to partner with someone that is interested in the same or better yet, has experience in the field . I am well versed in the market and excellent with people. 

I am looking for someone with a driven work ethic and the mindset of working smarter not harder.
