    I dont know him personally but I have seen what he has been doing for the last 3 to 4 years. He’s been a Mortgage Broker for a couple of the big banks locally and has done this on the side.

    He made money on two home in Encinitas and lost a little on one in Carlsbad where he now lives. I think he’s done. BTW, unless he’s got lots of money stashed in a bank somewhere he’s in a house now with very little equity at this point.
