I was in my yard and didnt feel a thing. I slept through northridge while at my grandparents in RPV. I always seem to miss the best moments.
I have the same problem. I slept right though Northridge, and Just about ever other earthquake I have ever been alive for. I was on the computer for this one and didnt realize anything was wrong till my GF started yelling. I was able to see the light kinda swaying, so I knew she was right, but thought it was like a 4.0 or something. 7.3 huh?
Oh, and there was a 5.0 at 6am this morning. My GF woke me up to tell me and all I could say was “ok, and…. why am I awake.”

Sounds like it’s either a 6.9 or 7.3 near Mexicali. Hope the damage isn’t too bad.
WHAT THE F*&K ARE YOU DOING…
Put the nail back in!
Actually hiking back down from flat rock to Black’s Beach Glider port stair… I kept tell the GF to stay away from the cliffs… then we are about midway back and the cliffs started to crumble… I say “see… the cliffs are unstable stay away!” then I notice about 3 different spots all letting loose at the same time. I was thinking odd coincendence… Cause we never felt the earthquake… Never see so many naked old white guys move so fast from those cliffs… Heheheh.
