svelte let me know what you come up with. Again, to me the choices we have is like drinking castor oil or raw eggs. I am very much against business as usual but just as much against redistribution of wealth.
My mind is not 100% made up with but I do also believe we will have a dem sweep in November with a right wing backlash in 2012. Not looking forward to either of them to be honest.
Ron Paul was my only hope.

Thanks for setting me straight on Ex-SD’s so-called “facts”. I have never seen that email, and I thought he was putting together his own well supported point of view.Ex-SD, Condogrrl,
Instead of throwing out empty accusations about the “affirmative action president” or saying how “ignorant & blind” people with opposing views are, can you say specifically which of Obama’s stances that you take issue with, and then enlighten us with actual support for your reasons why he is wrong. I’m growing tired of the “every politician is a crook” rhetoric. And please do not consider a mass email with no factual basis as support for view.August 27, 2008 at 9:06 AM #262586renterclintParticipantFatLazyUnion (nice handle),

If it’s partially inaccurate, so be it. (But it’s not that far off the mark on most points, is it?)
When it comes to dealing with politicians, you watch what they DO…………not what they SAY. In Obama’s case, look who were the first bigshots in the Democratic Party to endorse him: Kennedy & Kerry………..Two of the biggest liberal, giveaway artists to ever grace the hallowed halls of the U.S. Senate. Do you think that Obama is NOT a clone of those two? Then, we have his 20 year association with the racist, Rev. Wright. (Not the kind of guy I’m looking to put in the White House).
And………here’s Obama’s resume: http://obamasresume.org/Show me anything on that resume that would make him so wonderful that he should be running the country. To me, he’s an empty suit who has learned how to extract money from the government for social programs.
