When I called the owner a year or so ago, he indicated that he would only entertain a full price installment sale (aka: short term rent-to-own).
All of the residential units and half of the commercial units are empty.
The guy is just angry and wacky.
Though I still like Lancer’s (the bar in that building).
That’s me on the bulletin board in front of the Taj Mahal in a Lancer’s hoodie.
