The thing that concerns me about Del Sur, at least the newer communities there are the MR fees. Not cheap at all. It is just harder for me to reconcile that overhead to be honest. FLU I would advise your relative to try to get into either some of the short sales or get a new place because the standard resellers dont get it. The problem is that the builders have squeezed the releases into such small numbers that they have done a great job
