    Man, it is hard to believe that 5915 Madra started at $988K in Sept.
    Then it dropped $178K
    Then $40K
    Then $30K
    Then $70K
    And now another $60K and it’s still on the market…it’s dropped $348K so far.

    That dog must have been way overpriced to start with!

    5892 Madra went from a pending listing to a cancelled listing today. I’m guessing it means that the house fell out of escrow?

    SDLOOKUP seems to indicate a glut of inventory- it would seem prices will continue to go down.
