Palm trees are rat condos
What type of trees do you see in Coronado?
October 2, 2007 at 11:48 PM #86805lindismithParticipantyeah, I remember that thread on here last year. I’m sure if you do a search for it, you’ll find it. (left nav.)
October 3, 2007 at 12:39 AM #86806RicechexParticipantThe rats are everywhere in the city, Coronado included. I have noticed it worsening over the years, and suspect we will see more as the climate becomes drier and hotter, the city becomes more urban and concrete, and the rats become more desperate for water and food.

June 11, 2010 at 10:58 AM #563174AnonymousGuestI have lost two tenants due to the rat problem, and the house next door to mine also lost their tenant due to the rat problem, and he had two pit bulls… Something needs to be done ASAP! My daughters hear the scurrying around of little feet in the ceiling and walls, and a recent tenant found a dead rat under the refrigerator, it is gross! Vector control only comes out and suggests ways to close up holes and leave a rat trap box, but that does not solve the problems…
