I think the fact you have only seen 3 or 4 homes you liked enough to want over the last 4 years in your price range speaks volumes to those who are paying attention. I’m sure you are very picky as to what you want but an average of 1 house a year in your price range in spite of looking at everything out there. WOW! It aint easy out there and lower prices would make it even tougher.
