    Condo conversions are the worst. Seen many go condo conversion all over North Park and Normal Heights. Constantly having plumbing issues, and digging up the concrete. Lots of foreclosures, and yeah when they first converted, neighborhood improved, but now….no such luck.

    Condo conversions are the worst. Seen many go condo conversion all over North Park and Normal Heights. Constantly having plumbing issues, and digging up the concrete. Lots of foreclosures, and yeah when they first converted, neighborhood improved, but now….no such luck.
