    I have been hearing this for long time but don’t see this/steep drop in price at least in SD.
    I am not sure that this may not happen but people have been saying this for years but don’t see this happening..

    SDR if fixated on “his hood” so most everything he writes about is regarding this small, defined area, fine-no problem. But not everybody lives in, wants to buy, or is discussing this area and they see other trends that are actually happening elsewhere.
